I am not any of the following: dietician, personal trainer, chef, body builder, yogi, etc.

I do, however, try to live a healthy lifestyle, which isn't always easy while living the college life. Breakfast doesn't get eaten, lunch and dinner are both grabbed on the go, there's no time to work out, and energy drinks or coffee are the only way to feel like you can take on the day. This blog is about there being a better way. I'm not claiming to have this mastered, but I do want to share my ideas, tips, and journey with anyone who wants more energy, less fat, and a happier outlook on the craziness that is college life.
